Northeast heat, Croft 16th July 2008 Reporter - Bob Carter We won everything! We haven’t run in the F24+ championship before but were asked if we could make up numbers – Brian won it by 8 laps, getting a new lap record in the process. Then the race we went for (the F24 race), This was the first race for the new car (Zebedee) Brian charged out & shot quickly into the lead, but Zebedee was a bit short of power and it was 2 hours before it progressed from the back of the grid to 2nd place (both our cars started from the pit lane because we weren’t ready yet after the first race). By the end Brian was 18 laps clear and Zebedee 10 laps clear of the next car & Brian got fastest lap in that race too.
